Personal Training

Personal Training program’s are designed specific to your goals and fitness levels. Prior to commencing a PT program I will ask you to complete a goal setting and exercise profiling form to assist me design your program.

Some of the areas I specialise in include,

  • Weight Management: H.I.I.T training program’s – high intensity interval training
  • Body Toning: resistant training circuits using body weight and various training equipment
  • Pre-Post Pregnancy: safe exercise prescription for new or mums to be
  • Injury Rehabilitation: working in consultation with fellow allied health professionals to return you to work or sport
  • Event Preparation: periodised training plans in preparation for special events eg wedding, city to surf, triathlons

 

Personal Training program’s run all year.

Training locations are throughout the Illawarra or alternatively I can train you in the comfort of your home.

All training equipment is provided. Just bring water, towel and a great attitude

All program’s will be delivered in a professional manner with an emphasis on correct technique, educating and enjoyment
