FitSport Cricket Fitness focuses on exercise programs that prepare cricketers for the physical demands of batting, bowling, fielding and wicket keeping.

With modern cricketers playing three different forms of cricket, fitness plays a crucial role in the development and success of cricketers. Today's cricketers need to be fast, athletic, strong and flexible. Good fitness allows you to concentrate for long periods, perform on consecutive days, maintain technique under fatigue and aid in injury prevention all crucial in performing to your potential

If you want to fulfill your cricketing ability then start to add a professionally designed fitness program as part of your cricket training

I'm available to design, conduct and supervise fitness program's for individuals, small groups, teams and academy program's.

Also available - online strength and conditioning programs for cricketers. Simply email steve@fitsportcricket.com.au with your name, age and which cricket skill you wish to focus on. Cost is $50 for a 6 week program. Once money is received you will be emailed your personalised fitness program within 5 working days
