FitSport Cricket Winter Fitness Program

FitSport Cricket off Season Fitness Training 

Thursdays Sessions

This training program is aimed at improving fitness levels of junior cricketers

Details

  • Training sessions to run 45 – 60mins
  • Training to start Thursday May 8th 4.30 – 5.30pm at Reed Park Dapto and will run every Thursday until August 28th
  • Each participant to bring own water
  • Each participant to complete a pre exercise questionnaire prior to starting
  • Cost – $10 per session or bulk buy 17 sessions for $120 (saving $50)

 

Training Program Content

  • 17 weeks
  • Documented fitness testing week 1 and 17
  • Periodised training blocks of 5 weeks
  • Training Block 1 – Aerobic base
  • Training Block 2 – Anaerobic conditioning
  • Training Block 3 – Speed & Agility
  • Each session to include 5-10mins of core stability / conditioning exercises
