FitSport Cricket off Season Fitness Training
Thursdays Sessions
This training program is aimed at improving fitness levels of junior cricketers
Details
- Training sessions to run 45 – 60mins
- Training to start Thursday May 8th 4.30 – 5.30pm at Reed Park Dapto and will run every Thursday until August 28th
- Each participant to bring own water
- Each participant to complete a pre exercise questionnaire prior to starting
- Cost – $10 per session or bulk buy 17 sessions for $120 (saving $50)
Training Program Content
- 17 weeks
- Documented fitness testing week 1 and 17
- Periodised training blocks of 5 weeks
- Training Block 1 – Aerobic base
- Training Block 2 – Anaerobic conditioning
- Training Block 3 – Speed & Agility
- Each session to include 5-10mins of core stability / conditioning exercises
