FitSport Cricket is a unique business to the Illawarra providing high performance cricket coaching, cricket specific fitness and sports conditioning programs allowing cricketers / athletes to fulfill there potential.
I provide quality Personal Training for individuals and small groups specialising in weight management, body toning, pre-post pregnancy and event preparation.
In 2016 I was given an opportunity to work with the Sydney Thunder Women’s Big Bash Team as an assistant coach. The team created history winning the first ever WBBL competition.
In 2015 I was appointed head coach of the ACT / NSW Country U/15 female cricket team to compete at the national championships in Hobart. We created history being the first ever ACT / NSW Country team to a win a national title.
In 2015 I was appointed assistant coach to the NSW U/18 female team to compete at the national championships. We were successful in winning the 11th straight championship.
I also work part time with Cricket NSW in running NSW Academy programs both male and female for the Illawarra region. I oversee both cricket skill development as well as Strength & Conditioning. Prior to this I was the head coach of the Illawarra Academy of Sport Cricket Program.
I have personally coached and fitness trained junior Australian female representative cricketers, Tasmanian female state cricketers, Illawarra Dragon under 20 footballers as well as guiding junior cricketers into representative teams.
I have extensive cricket coaching and fitness training experience working in professional environments with elite cricketers, junior representative cricketers / cricket teams and representative footballers.
I am currently the Campbelltown Ghosts Women’s 1st Grade Coach where I will oversee the coaching program working with international and state cricketers.
